Meet Scotty

Starting life as an empty blue VW Caddy, this build left our workshop as a fully equipped camper, ready for its next adventure. Designed to make the most of every inch of space, it features a rock and roll bed, pop top, integrated hob, and an easy access drawer fridge, along with a removable table that securely clips away while travelling for a rattle free finish. To maximise comfort all year round, we installed a diesel heater and cleverly incorporated dedicated storage for a portable toilet, making overnight stays even more convenient. The front seats and rock and roll bed were professionally trimmed to match, creating a seamless, premium finish throughout. Every detail of this conversion was carefully considered, transforming a bare van into a practical, stylish camper built for exploring wherever the road leads.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my Caddy conversation! Eliott was really helpful when helping me decide how I had it converted as I had very specific needs including a heater, toilet, rock n roll bed and pop up roof. Eliott helped me source the van which was really helpful as I was a little nervous about buying it myself, he gave it a good check over and serviced it for me. The conversation itself is incredibly neat and tidy, everything works so well in such a small space! I highly recommend Adapt Automotive.
