ABOUT ADAPT: THE TEAM

MEET ELIOTT

CONVERSION SPECIALIST Eliott founded Adapt after turning a personal van build into the start of a growing brand. Beginning his career with a Bentley apprenticeship at 16, he later worked on high end builds at Twisted before launching Adapt from the ground up. Known for his attention to detail and hands on approach, Eliott believes quality comes first and shortcuts never belong in a build.

MEET MATTHEW

CONVERSION SPECIALIST Matthew joined Adapt in February 2026, bringing over 10 years of experience within the van industry alongside a strong background in joinery and craftsmanship. His attention to detail, innovative ideas and dedication to the brand have made him the perfect addition to the team. Passionate about quality and constantly refining his skills, Matthew plays a huge part in creating vans that are built to the highest standard for every customer who walks through the door.

MEET SALLY

UPHOLSTERY SPECIALIST With over 20 years of experience running her own upholstery business, Sally (Eliott’s Mum) brings a huge level of skill to every Adapt build. From bespoke cushions to made to measure curtains, every piece is carefully designed and handcrafted to perfectly suit each van, with fabrics and finishes tailored to every customer’s style and vision.

MEET AJ

BRAND & OPERATIONS SPECIALIST AJ keeps everything at Adapt running smoothly behind the scenes, managing the build calendar, workshop organisation and the day to day admin including socials and ordering new Adapt merch. With a background in customer experience and commercial roles, she brings structure, communication and organisation to the team. And despite having her own business, now knows far more about vans than she ever expected to.

MEET HONEY

PAWP TOP SPECIALIST Honey joined Adapt after a particularly ruff patch in her early career, but quickly found her paws in the world of van conversions.
As our resident Pawp Top Specialist, Honey is responsible for supervising pop top installations, conducting rigorous quality-control inspections and making sure absolutely nothing gets done without her approval. She has a keen nose for detail and takes great pride in making sure every build is up to pawfect standards.
